Refunds and cancellation

Effective November 7, 2026

Simple promise: cancel any time, and if you are charged by mistake, ask within 7 days and we refund it in full.

How to cancel

  1. Sign in and open Account.
  2. Choose Manage plan, then Cancel plan.

That is all. You keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. If you cannot sign in, email support@highschoolq.com from the address on your account and we will cancel it for you, typically within one business day.

Refunds

  • Within 7 days of any charge (first purchase or renewal, monthly or annual): email us and we refund that charge in full, no questions asked.
  • After 7 days, we do not give partial refunds for unused time, unless the law requires it or something went wrong on our side (for example, you were charged twice).
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.

Renewals and reminders

  • Plus renews automatically until you cancel, as explained on our pricing page and in the Terms.
  • Annual plans: we email you about 30 days and again about 7 days before each renewal, with a link to cancel.
  • Every charge sends a receipt email that also explains how to cancel.

If something goes wrong

Charged and cannot access Plus, charged twice, or a parent did not mean to buy? Email support@highschoolq.com and we will make it right.
